Reporting an issue in BearTrack is simple. There are currently 3 ways to report an issue...

1. Feedback Form

The best way to report an issue is with our feedback Google Form. This system will automatically generate a help ticket in our system for us to review. Please be as detailed as possible. We respond to all messages to the feedback form within 48 hours.

2. Live Chat

For logged in Students & Staff:

If you encounter a non-automatic issues, please use the chat function in the bottom right hand corner to create a support chat with the BearTrack team. All chats / requests are reviewed. Opening a chat while logged in allows the support team to better track your tickets and issues.

For users that cannot login:

Please either visit use the feedback form or use the chat widget in the bottom right hand corner of the login screen. Please submit as much detail as possible so the team can best support you or provide you with the necessary access.

3. Alternative Reporting

If you are unable to make a report using the above steps, you may email us at any time to [email protected] with any information you may have. Email requests and questions are usually responded within 24 to 48 hours.
